Health Guarantee & Refund Policy

My Dachshund puppies are AKC (American Kennel Club) or APRI (American Pet Registry Inc.)registered.

All puppies will be up to date on all age appropriate shots & wormings.

Refund policy:

To the best of my knowledge my puppies are healthy. You have 3 days (72 hours) after purchasing your new puppy to take him/her to your veterinarian of choice. (buyers expense). If your vet finds that your puppy has a birth defect (unless this is disclosed before purchase), life threatening illness or an incurable disease, you can receive a refund.

To receive a refund you must bring me the puppy back (within 24 hours of vet visit) & a statement from your vet stating the problem. Upon me verifying the problem with the vet, a refund will be given. You must notify me within 24 hours of your office visit. If you do not take your puppy to your vet in 72 hours after purchase or decide to keep your puppy after the 24 hour return period following the vet visit, you will not be able to receive a refund.

 Veterinarian expenses are the buyers responsibility after puppy leaves my premises. I will in no way reimburse Vet expenses.

********Exclusions of Health Guarantee:

Parasites internal or external (Fleas, worms, ear mites, Coccidia, etc..) of any kind are not covered by the health guarantee.

Alopecia in diluted dachshunds (Isabellas and Blues) are not covered by health guarnatee.

A puppy is a lifelong commitment. My intention is to sell a puppy to its forever home. In the instance that the purchaser can no longer keep the puppy/dog, I will be glad take the puppy/dog back to find a suitable home for it, if purchaser can not. No monetary compensation will be given. NO puppy/dog is to ever be handed over or seized by an animal shelter or euthanized for any other reason than medical.

I do not guarantee the weight, size, conformation or temperament of your puppy, at full grown age.
